Chai and a chat!

If we were having chai and a chat this morning, I’d tell you that I woke at 4 AM. I didn’t go to sleep until around 1 AM. That’s far too little sleep if you ask me! But I woke up, and couldn’t go back, so I got up and made tea! Because as Em would say, tea makes everything better!

I’d tell you that I am watching the news on tv right now! Its all about the government. I am thinking of trying to watch something else, as politics doesn’t really interest me, but at this time of the morning there isn’t much choice.

I’d tell you that I am thinking of making sausages for breakfast today. I got low fat sausages, they’re 1 syn each, for those who don’t know syns are what slimming world calls treats, or the foods we shouldn’t eat to much of!

I’d tell you that I have the delivery of my treadmill on my mind this morning! I’m just hoping that the driver will call me before he arrives. If he doesn’t I guess I’ll still open the door, as I am expecting him, but it would be nice if he actually rang me to let me know he’s on his way!

I’d tell you that I have no therapy today. I don’t have therapy until Thursday! I am so thankful to Eileen for fitting me in. She made a space for me despite having a very busy schedule this week! Thanks Eileen! Your a star!

I’d tell you that I am working two days this week! I’m glad its only two days. I was asked to come In today but I declined as I needed to be at home since my treadmill is arriving and mom is going to set it up for me!

I’d tell you that the weather here is meant to be good for the rest of this week! I’m delighted! I always love it when we get sun shine! Sunshine makes everything so much better! Its so lovely to wake up to a bright day!

Well that’s about it for chai and a chat for this week! I hope you are all having a great start to your week!
