Another day another food log!
I did well again today with my food choices! I am so proud of myself! Its not easy to eat well but I am doing it and doing it successfully!
So here is what I ate today.
Breakfast: For breakfast today I had vegetable soup. I know, a strange breakfast, but I had it leftover and I didnt want to waste it! So a bowl of vegetable soup, two slices of brown soda bread, and a 500 ml bottle of water.
I didnt have a lunch today. We had an early dinner instead.
For dinner I had 2 pieces of cod baked, some broccoli and cauliflower, and some mashed potato with no butter or cream in it!
For dessert I had a fruit salad with a greek yogurt coconut and vanilla flavour on top of it!
I had a a few cups of coffee and tea throughout the day.
For an evening snack I had a corned beef sandwich, a bag of low fat chips, and I treated myself to a cookie! I had a mug of tea with that.
I will probably have fruit throughout the rest of thee evening!
So overall a good day I think!
