Food log 6th April

I am so proud of myself! I made really excellent food choices today!
Mom and my sister got take out food for dinner, but I chose to make a pot of vegetable soup, and instead of having take out food I had that with some brown soda bread!
I enjoyed it immensely too!
It was delicious! I only wish I’d taken a pic of my soup before I ate it!
Breakfast today was two fried eggs, some toast, and some fruit. I had a mug of tea to drink.
Lunch was a turkey sandwich, some fruit, and I treated myself to one cookie!
Dinner was a bowl of vegetable soup and two slices of brown soda bread, which for US readers is like wheatbread!
Also for drinks today I had a couple cups of tea, and four 500 ml bottles of water which adds up to 2 litres, and a bottle of coke zero!
I think I’ve done pretty good! I am really thrilled!

      1. I’ve been mostly a lot better lately, with a bit of a slump these past few days. But I’m pulling myself together again and continuing to try. For me these days, trying includes eating a pretty restrictive diet that my nutritionist things will help stabilize my nervous system. I hope it works, because it takes a lot of effort to make so many changes.
