Well another day down! I’m still doing good with my food! I am making much healthier choices! If I don’t see results after this I don’t know what to say! I definitely should see results on the scales with all the good food choices I am making!
So todays log…
Two boiled eggs, some brown soda bread, a cup of tea
Mid morning snack
A yogurt and some fruit
Sweet potato fries, a chicken fillet, broccoli and cauliflower mixed
Night time snack
A fruit salad
3 litres of water
3 cups of coffee
Am enjoying doing the log! Its really helping me to know just what I am putting in my mouth! That is a huge step in the right direction!
