Food log April 4th

I’ve decided to track my food each day. I am going to start today. I think this will be a good way to see exactly what I am eating each day. It might give me more insight into the choices I make, and what foods I am putting in my mouth.

So here goes…

Breakfast:
A bowl of cerial, two wheetabix topped with fruit, a kiwi and a plumb cut up.
Cup of tea

Mid morning snack
An apple, A kiwi, A mandarine, A slimming world hi fi bar, millionaire shortcake kind

Lunch
A yogurt, some cut up fruit
A cup of tea

Dinner:
Sweet potato fries, a chicken fillet, boiled, and some broccoli and cauliflower mixed
A cup of tea

Night time snack
Some more fruit

First day down, I think I made very wise food choices. I hope I can continue this trend.
