Chocolate Tofu Nutritional Shake
3 cups milk
1 cup Silken Tofu, drained
2 bananas, broken into chunks
4 tablespoons instant cocoa mix powder
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon wheat germ
Combine ingredients in blender, one-half at a time; whirl until smooth and creamy. Serve cold. Any fresh fruit in season such as berries, cantaloupe or papaya can be substituted for the chocolate flavor. Pour into small glasses, sprinkled with nutmeg.
Makes 4 servings.
