Bee’s Poem of the Day ~ A Multilingual Laugh

How are you doing? I hope life is treating you well. Somehow I got an energy push today and remembered I wanted to learn French again and Dutch. So currently a French radio station is running in the background. That was one way I learned English: I listened to English radio even though I didn’t understand a thing in the beginning. I also translated English songs once I had the basics learned.

I did do French in school too but never fully got into it. So last year I worked myself through the Duolingo course which gives you the basics but nothing else. Now I signed up to iTalki and listen to the rfi which I think is similar to the BBC world service. Well, let’s see how long I keep it up LOL

So today no prompt from TweetspeakPoetry just a free poem about many languages.

*Bonjour ik spreche a little Frendutgermeng

Not do understand?

Me neither πŸ˜‰

*Bonjour (French for Hello)

ik (Dutch for I)

spreche (German for speak)

Frendutgermeng (a mixture of the words French, Dutch, German, English)
