Mexican turkey casserole

Mexican Turkey Casserole
1 (16 ounce) package pasta shells or twists, cooked and drained
1/2 to 1 cup mild, medium or hot picante sauce
2 to 3 cups diced cooked turkey
1 small green pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 cup grated Cheddar or Colby cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 to 1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin, optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pasta in greased large casserole. Coat pasta with picante sauce. Mix in turkey, green pepper, onion and cheese. Season with salt, pepper, chili powder and cumin. Cover and bake for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Makes 12 servings.
