Cherry Berry Slush
1 (12 ounce) package frozen red raspberries or 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
1/2 of a 16 ounce package frozen unsweetened pitted dark sweet cherries or 2 cups fresh pitted dark sweet cherries
1 (6 ounce) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1 (24 ounce) bottle 7-up, chilled
Thaw frozen fruit, do not drain. Put raspberries into blender and blend until smooth. Strain out seeds. Place berries into mixing bowl. Place cherries in blender with apple juice concentrate. Cover; blend until smooth. Combine with berries in mixxing bowl. Cover and freeze overnight or up to 2 months. For each serving, scrape spoon across frozen slush mixture and spoon about 3/4 cup into 10 ounce glass. Slowly pour in about 1/2 cup of 7-up. Stir gently to mix.
