Anxious in therapy today

Therapy this morning was very tough. We were very anxious. I have a lot to think about know that the session is over. A lot to reflect on. I will write more later when I have more time to sit and think. For now though I need to run. Going to the bank with my mum, we have to get UK sterling and do some other business there. Needing the distraction. The anxiety was awful. Eileen was great though, she helped us through it. So grateful for her.
