crap! I feel awful!

guys, I just feel like shit! I feel absolutely miserable.
I have a really sore throat, a headache, I feel shaky and weak, and very achy all over.
I went to bed early and slept for hours!
If you can, please pray I am not getting sick. I feel that I might be getting some sorta virus.
I might try to go see my GP later this morning, if I can get an appointment.
I really have to try to shake this!
Right now it hurts to even walk around. It hurts to do much of anything really.
Could use some support, hugs, good thoughts vibes etc!

  1. I don’t know how it is where you are, but here the doctors’ offices are packed with people who are suffering from your symptoms. Poor dear! Better get to your GP if it doesn’t start to clear up. Hugs! xxx

    1. Yeah it’s pretty much the same here, all the doctors offices are packed, not looking forward to trying to get an appointment. I did get a flu shot, so I don’t think it’s the flu but it’s just probably a virus or something else XOXO

  2. Hope
You feel better and did send up a prayer
    – some ideas – get some magnesium choidride flakes and take little tiny pieces under the tongue every few hours (omg amazing)
Get some vitamin c powder (I like Thompson’s ascorbic acid for short term powerful use)
Get some zinc throat drops (Walmart sells some really good ones of the brand name of “cold eez” really help
Because sometimes the gunk is in the sinus area and the zinc on the throat is so Great
    – and check out NAC – love this supplemt for everyday support – one per day – but up to four or five caps during flu season (really nice and I like Jarrow)
And of course some sleep or rest

      1. Well I am
Shocked at how it made me feel.
Years ago I did all these cleanses – (long story) and one of them was from hulda Clark and involved drinking olive oil – think it was the gallbladder cleanse –
        – but most of us do not get enough fats and oils and we hydrate our skin from the inside out (with fats and oils and not water like they say)

      1. I know how it goes when I was studying or working. Now that I still have the side effect from the cancer treatment, and that I’m retired, I could tell myself to just rest when I’m sick.
        Try your best!! xox
