Waiting

Well I’m sitting here in my therapists office. Waiting for her to come out to me. She’s in her house at the moment which is onto the side of her office. I have 10 minutes before therapy starts. I’m very anxious. We had an okay night, slept well. I think we needed the sleep.

I just hope therapy will go okay today. It’s going to be very intense, I know it. I’m super anxious right now, we all are.
