I JUST DONT KNOW

I AM SO DOWN. I FEEL SO SO DEPRESSED. I AM JUST SO SAD THIS MORNING.

I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. SO I EMAILED EILEEN. I ASKED HER FOR SOME ADVICE.

SOME ADVICE TO HOPEFULLY MAKE ME FEEL A LITTLE BETTER. I KNOW SHE ALWAYS GIVES GOOD ADVICE. I’VE TRIED SO MANY THINGS ALREADY, NOTHING HAS HELPED. I JUST FEEL SO ALONE. SO ALONE AND SO VERY SAD.

I HOPE SHE EMAILS ME BACK SOON. I COULD USE SOME KIND CARING THOUGHTS. IF ANYONE HAS ANY, PLEASE WRITE ME. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

  1. the fact that you are reaching out to seek advice is a very good thing and shows that you are on top of your mood, even if you don’t feel it. I would continue to do self care things, such as snuggling with Nitro, making a warm drink, taking a bubble bath, listening to soothing music, listening to a good book, talking to an insider who is not having your mood problems. I’m sure Eileen will give you even better advice to help you ground yourself and feel better. Hugs. xxx

  2. I am so sorry you are suffering. I have been quite depressed today too and my psychiatrist visit just made it worse. I love you though and am sending you positive vibes. We’ll get through this…we always do! ♥♥
