1/2 pound lean ground beef
1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
Half an envelope of dry taco seasoning mix
1 (14 ounce) jar salsa, your choice of hottness
Brown ground beef in a nonstick skillet; drain. Place in 3 to 4 quart slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients; stir well. Cover; cook on low for 4 hours. Stir, and then serve with taco chips.
Makes 20 servings.
