My volunteer job

Good food and being able to cook it myself

Reading and books
Being able to relax and rest

      1. I used to try write a list of at least 10 things every day and re-read them in the morning. Got tired of doing it…. but your list reminded me that maybe I should/could go back to it.

      2. I’ve never re-read them other than the next morning.
        Although I have a specific cool journal that I once used just for gratitudes – haven’t opened it in a while, but I thought it’d be cool to look back through. And this year I have a ‘do it later’ journal in which every day I try to write one good thing I did and one thing I’m grateful for (that I’ve actually been keeping up with) so that I can look back upon a year and see what the year was – sort of anyways.
