Banana walnut cake

Banana Walnut Cake
2/3 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 large eggs
3/4 cup water
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts or combination of 1/2 cup nuts and 1/2 cup raisins
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In mixing bowl, beat banana and butter until creamy. Add eggs and water; beat well. Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Beat until smooth; add nuts. Spoon batter into an oiled and floured 9 by 13 inch pan. Spread evenly in pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
Makes 12 servings.
