A great shift on friendly call

So I had a fantastic shift today on friendly call.

I managed to get through to almost everyone on my list. There were a small few I didnt manage to speak with, mostly because their phone went straight to voice mail.

Most of the clients were doing well today! Its always nice when they are doing well.

There were a few who were ill, one was in hospital and one was very ill with her COPD but other than that they were all fine.

I really enjoyed my shift today. I got so much pleasure out of our chats. So many of the clients were thanking me for calling them.

I told them they never have to thank me, I just love doing it, because I love my job!

I’ll stay here for a while longer even though I am finished making my calls now. I can do some stuff on the computer and answer the phones for the rest of the time and when I am done my supervisor will drop me back to my moms house.
