so i bit the bullet and went and did a work out on my app on my phone.
i only did half of the 30 minute workout as i knew it was going to be hard and i might not be able for the full thing.
it was super hard. the work out is a work out especially designed for the blind, the exercises are all described, in detail.
i have to say i enjoyed it though. and after doing it i feel much more energised and way better and not even really tired at all.
i plan on trying to do it every day. i plan on doing half of it for the first couple of days, then I will increase my time and hope to eventually do the full work out.

  1. Good for you! That’s so great! I just started going to the gym. Only on my second week and I already have to talk myself out of skipping! I am managing 3 days a week at the moment. If I try to do it everyday I’ll end up giving up before I have even started. That’s been my pattern anyway! But trying to break it.

  2. That’s great, even if you didn’t do the whole workout, but feel like you really did your best, it’s a lot. I think sometimes it’s not that much the time you dedicate in something that matters but the intensity and regularity, be it in exercises or almost anything else, that’s my opinion and my Mum the lifestyle guru says so too. 😀
