Pain, a poem

pain
in my head
in my heart
pain
all over
just cannot get rid of it
pain
it rips into my body
tares me apart
no mercy
it only wants to destroy me
pain
pain
I’m lost in the wreck
that is
my life
ptsd triggers
pain, the biggest trigger of all
