It did me the power of good!
My anxiety has lessened! I feel much lighter. I am ready to go to therapy today!
I’m actually looking forward to therapy now. I love that in less than 8 hours I will see Eileen.
Anxiety is so awful when it comes, but when it goes, it feels wonderful!
