Unlucky this week

so it didnt happen for me this week.
I didnt lose any weight. In fact I gained half a pound.
I was so disappointed.
But I think I know what I am doing wrong. I am not eating enough speed foods, to help me in my weight loss.
Thats mostly fruit and veg. So for next week I’ll eat plenty more of them.
So, onwards and upwards for next week. And I hope by eating more speed foods I’ll see results on the scale.

  1. Hang in there, I gave up after 2 months on the Keto diet! I lost almost 10lbs, then I gain it all back after stress eating all over again☹️This makes me sad, but I have decided to give it another try next week!!! So wish me luck, good luck to you as well!!!

      1. Lol yes, I was about to die from hunger! My hubby has been on for almost a year, he a bit weird! Lol


      2. Mostly meat, no sugar, not many veggies or fruit, no bread, no milk! Only pork rinds for snack😫It’s really hard!


  2. Don’t worry about a slight gain in a week. I’ve lost 45 lb in the last 2 years. I try not to weigh myself more than once a month. Sometimes I gain weight in a one month period but usually lose a bit less than 2 lb a month. When I gain, I just try to make sure I eat right and it comes off. I haven’t tried any special diet, I just eat less. I wish I could say that I exercised more, but that is only sporadic. Now that I have a job, maybe working 20hr/week will be enough exercise. I did have to change meds to make weight loss possible I worked with my pdoc on this, and we found meds that allow weight loss. Still, I wish we could have found a med that causes weight loss without trying! There is one such med, Topamax, some people lose a lot of weight on it, but the side effects for me are too bad.


  3. It’s good that you know why it happened and what was wrong so you can improve next week and I believe you will. 🙂 Maybe if you like hot foods you could eat more chilli and other healthy spicy foods, many of them contain capsaicine which helps in speeding up metabolism.
