  1. Hi and thanks for hosting this meet and greet, carol anne! I’m Astrid and I blog over at http://bloggingastrid.com/. I write mostly about mental health, disability and my life in general. I have been blogging for nearly five years on this blog and have been on WordPress since 2007. I love ot meet other bloggers.

    1. Hi Astrid, I’ve started following you. It’s nice to find your blog, I look forward to exploring it. I am an artist and writer with complex PTSD. I rescently published an illustrated memoir about using my art to navigate treatment and healing, but I am working on a children’s picture book now. I write about life, turning my experiences into narratives that I can share. https://MartinaFranklinPoole.com

  3. Just beginning the search for mental health related bloggers and sites. I found your site and I would like to thank you for being so generous to share. I am just starting a blog at very nearly 50 on my struggle from childhood in the jungles of Congo through to my life now. Its dark and difficult and I am choosing to keep my identity private for a while as some of the protagonists are still alive and I am not ready to face this just yet and may never be. The blog is disjointed because it hurts my head too much to be lineal. I use a combination of adult and my lost inner child’s art and words. I am letting this proces unfold without my interference if that makes sense? After years of hiding my pain, then break downs and hospitalisation I want to share and be part of the mental health community of amazing people. love and light. http://missionary-son.blog
