  1. Hugs, Liz. So sorry you’re still struggling. The sad thing about that is most often those to whom the worst things happen seem to be those who least deserve it. I know though that it is also true that such people are strong enough to cope with it, and you certainly are. hope you’ll feel better soon.

  2. Hugs, I come realize that as depressed as I am and as pissed off at a situation I may get, its not as bad as it feels most times and can find the good in it. I have to throw my pitty party rant and rage sometimes, then get up, figure out if it is something I can do something about and how to handle it. If it is something I can’t do something about then I have to decide I have had my party it’s time to let it go and move on. But if I don’t snap to and consciously do it or I will stay stuck on it for weeks it will eat at me. It is much easier said than done, I know.

  3. I’m sorry you’re struggling, Liz dear. Too bad you can’t blend a little with Carol Anne and enjoy the vacation. xxx Oh yes, tell everyone that I might not be around much for a while because my computer crashed last night and I’m using an old laptop which is rather in and out.

  4. Liz I’m sorry to read of your struggles and challenges. However, I would like to assure you everything doesn’t only happen to you. You’re not alone. There are many others, myself included who find themselves experiencing challenges and feeling exactly the way you do. It’s common I suppose to feel all alone when you’re standing in the eye of the storm. It’s also exhausting. I can relate. Change your mindset. Focus on the positive aspects of your life or better yet take a few minutes to use your imagination. Close your eyes and imagine what your life would be like if everything was good. Experience the feeling of what that would be like. Do this every day. As time goes on you will attract good things in your life and with any luck a life that you’ve always dreamed of. Stay strong and keep believing that a power higher than yourself will carry you on the days you feel like you can’t walk. Trust me you will get through all of this. I know because I myself have been through a lot but here’s the good news. Despite it all I’m still standing and so are you. If you ask me, we are two really strong ladies.

      1. It’s not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself, and to make your happiness a priority. It’s necessary. Make yourself a priority today Liz. Have a great day
