Sore muscles

good morning everyone,
I hope that your all doing good on this friday.
as for me, I have very sore muscles. I think I’ve been doing too much exercise. I walked to the vets on wednesday, I was carrying my backpack on my back, then yesterday the muscles at the top of my but where it meets my lower back were killing me. I could barely walk without them hurting. I think I overdid it!
They are still hurting today but its less sore. I want them to get better so that when I go on holiday next week I can walk a lot! I dont know why they acted up now, because well, I am used to walking, its not like I am not.
Anyone got any ideas for me?
Anyway. I’m just taking it easy today. I dont have any plans. I made myself some coffee and I am going to read for a while. My mom is going to come over later on this afternoon to pick up my cheque and change it for me in the credit union.
Then this evening my pa will come over and I will have her help me clean the house. Nitro is shedding like crazy again so it needs a good cleaning. I’ll also have her help me cook dinner. I made a nice healthy dinner today of spaghetti bolognes.

  1. I was going to say long hot bath as well. Also you could try stretching them. The one I use is get down on all fours, then arms stretched on the floor above your head and keep moving, so you get lower and lower, do that a few times then relax. Just take it slowly, if it hurts stop

  2. Glad to hear they’re better. A long hot bath is what I always do when I happen to overdo my muscles while horse riding, they’re often very sore afterwards, and it always helps somehow. I hope you’ll be OK for your holidays. 🙂
