Food log May 2nd 2018

I have been really healthy again today and did really well with my food intake.

breakfast this morning was 2 slices of wholemeal toast and a mug of tea.

at 10:30 I had a cup of coffee and an alpen light cerial bar.

At 1 PM I had lunch of a mug of soup and some crackers.

For dinner I had a chicken and vegetable stir fry with noodles.

Snacks throughout the day were some fruit, and other drinks included coffee, water, and tea.

All in all I’m pleased with how my day looked today.

I had Allen for breakfast which I loathe and need to find an alternative, soup and bread for lunch and for supper I’m having quiche, new potatoes, broccoli and some strange but very healthy lentil sort of things! I just really struggle with breakfast … honestly, I’d rather have cheese and crackers!

      1. Ha! Sorry! I meant to say Alpen but the computer changed it!! I used to like porridge and I know it’s really good for you, but lately I’ve just been so off breakfast. Sometimes I force it down and add cream and sugar (cardiac arrest in a bowl) and pretend it’s rice pudding which I love!
