1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup raisins
2 packages buttermilk refrigerator biscuits

1 egg white, beaten
In blender, puree cream cheese, egg and sugar. Stir in raisins; set aside. Press 2 biscuits together; flatten to make a 4 inch square. Repeat to make 9 more squares. Spoon cream cheese mixture filling on the center of dough. Pull diagonal corners together over filling and pinch to seal. Repeat with the other 2 corners. Arrange buns in greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Combine powdered sugar with egg white. Drizzle onto buns to resemble crosses. Serve warm.
