Recipe of the day. Breakfast pizza

Breakfast Pizza
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 pound bulk pork sausage, browned, drained
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 (4 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Mix together eggs, milk, salt and pepper; set aside. Combine sausage with brown rice. Place crescent rolls in lightly greased electric skillet. Spoon rice mixture and spaghetti sauce over rolls and top with Cheddar cheese. Pour egg mixture over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cook at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut in wedges or squares to serve.
