Well I am off to the gym. Going to do a 40 minute workout. Going to use the treadmill, the bike, and the elliptical. I decided this morning that I am going to go to the gym three times a week. No you should see the weight falling off of me. ๐Ÿ˜›

I’m looking forward to going, it should be a lot of fun.

      1. I post in all of my fitness diaries what I do! I cycle through muscle groups. Day 1 is arms, 2 is shoulders and back, 3 is legs and core and 4 is chest! I break down what I do and how many reps on my gym days
