i am just back from slimming world…and its bad news.
no weight loss this week. in fact the opposite, a gain.
i was up 1.5 pounds. i’m not sure how it happened.
its very disappointing.
so its back to basics this week. drink a ton of water. eat a ton of fruit and vegetables. cut out bread. nothing sweet not even one thing.
i think where i fell down this past week was i ate a lot of bread. i was having up to four slices a day. i also didnt drink enough water. i also ate some chocolate. and surprisingly those wraps i had with the fajitas? they were worth 9 syns each. so yeah not very healthy. i didnt know though so i ate them.
i did walk a lot this week but it didnt matter, the food wasnt right so therefore i didnt lose anything.
feel bad but what can i do. whats done is done. just gotta start over for next week. i set a mini target of 2 pounds for next week, really hope I get it as I really want my 1 stone award!
