Fruity Slow Cooked Pork
1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained
Half a pineapple can of water
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
Combine all ingredients in 3 quart slow cooker. Cover; cook on low for 5 to 6 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours, or until meat is tender but not dry.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
