THINGS LOOKING UP

THINGS ARE LOOKING UP THIS MORNING. I WOKE UP AND THE ANXIETY WAS GONE. THANK FUCK. I’M SO GLAD. I WAS NOT UP FOR ANOTHER DAY OR EVEN ANOTHER HOUR OF THAT DEBILITATING ANXIETY. SO I AM SO HAPPY ITS FINALLY GONE. I DIDNT GET TO SLEEP UNTIL AFTER 3 AM. I SLEPT UNTIL AROUND 8 AM. GOT UP THEN AND DECIDED TO GET ON THE TREADMILL TO RELEASE SOME PENT UP ENERGY. BUT THE TREADMILL WOULDNT WORK. IT WAS ACTING UP IT KEPT STOPPING AND STARTING. SO I TOLD MOM AND SHE SAID SHE’D LOOK AT IT THE NEXT TIME SHE COMES OVER. IN THE MEANTIME I CANT EXERCISE ON IT UG. SO ANNOYING. NOW FOR SOME COFFEE, NOBODY HAD BETTER TALK TO ME UNTIL I GET SOME, IM MOODY UNTIL I HAVE HAD MY COFFEE LOL.

  1. I’m glad your anxiety has lessened, Liz, and that you got some sleep finally. And yeah it sucks that your treadmill doesn’t work, hope it’s just temporary and easy to fix so you can go back to your exercise routine. 🙂
