What is your favourite meal to prepare or eat?

Since I have started to learn to cook, I love preparing meals.
I love cooking. I find it to be a great help with my weight loss when I can cook healthy things to eat.
So far I’ve cooked burritos, chili, curry, pizza, burgers, soup etc.
All healthy versions which are just delicious.
So what about you, do you enjoy cooking and if so what is your favourite meal to make?

  1. I also enjoy cooking. My favourite meal to cook is spaghetti with a homemade sauce of roasted tomatoes and portobello mushrooms, red wine, fresh herbs, and parmesan cheese.

I like making Chinese style meals especially stir frys, sweet and sour pork, chicken and cashew nuts etc, oh oh and Bolognese and pizzas and a Spanish style chicken dish that the hairy bikers did a healthy version of. Maybe I should stop typing now lol but there’s more if you want inspiration ๐Ÿ˜€ xo


      1. if you don’t use a whole load of oil in the pan it can be some of the healthiest food to cook, I tend to use splashes of water to stop things sticking instead and steaming things if possible ๐Ÿ™‚ xox
