Poetry again

i choke back tears
my fears are realised
as i try
not to move
to late
here it comes
the memory
glued to my bed
i shake uncontrollably
i stand up
trembling and trying to walk
i take a few steps
1, 2, 3
can i? can i move?
not sure…
want to run
run to the door…
screams try to escape
but all I can do is shake
shake and whimper
as i disintegrate…
