LIZ HERE. I WANT TO JUST CUT

I WANT TO CUT. IT WILL TAKE MY PAIN AWAY. I AM IN TURMOIL. EMOTIONAL TURMOIL.
I CANT DEAL WITH THIS LEVEL OF PAIN. I FUCKING JUST CANT DO IT.
I NEED RELEASE. I NEED A WAY OUT.
I HAVE A MEANS TO DO IT. I HAVE RAZORS. I HAVE KNIVES. CAN I RESIST? I AM NOT SURE.
AT THIS POINT NOTHING IS WORKING. NOTHING IS SATISFYING MY URGES.
RELIEF IS ALL I CAN THINK OF, SWEET RELIEF.
IS ANYONE AROUND?
LIZ

      1. It’s the last day of the festival of Navratri here in India. So we had Puri (deep fried indian bread) with sabzi made of potato tomato and peas. Also, had halwa as dessert.

      2. All these are non-vegetarian..I couldnot understand vindalou or jal fressie.. Maybe due to the spellings..
Actually I’m a vegetarian. So all those things that I mentioned were veg and typically north Indian.

  1. Here if you need to talk more. I really do get that feeling. And I agree that shower can be helpful. For me shower can be generally helpful if I feel a lot of tension. If it’s possible for you, I’d try to move around as much as possible, it always helps me at least a bit to beat the urge. Hugs. 🙂

  2. I am here. I hear you. Your pain is fierce.

I am not sure but expressing that pain anyway you can without physically hurting yourself will
    In the end be better.

Can you talk to your friends in a vlog?
Would that help? Tell us – use your words to express this current pain. Will singing us a song help you, dear Liz?

I and so many others care about you.
