“Worrying is carrying tomorrow’s load with today’s strength- carrying two days at once. It is moving into tomorrow ahead of time. Worrying doesn’t empty tomorrow of its sorrow, it empties today of its strength.”

  1. I have a wonderful neighbor, ROBERT, who also is blind. He sings at meals here and has a powerful voice and also has a great sense of humor.

    He always says:

Worry is like a rocking chair.
It gives you something to do, but doesn’t
    Get you anywhere.
