Question of the day

Are you sweet toothed?

My anser…I am very sweet toothed. I have always loved chocolate, cakes, biscuits, or cookies for my US readers, fizzy drinks/soda, etc. Now that I am losing weight I no longer eat any of that stuff, I will have something on occasion, like a latte, or something but I havent had soda, or chocolate, or cakes or biscuits in weeks now. I ate so much of that stuff for so many years and I put on so much weight it wasnt even funny. I have very bad will power usually, doing this diet is the first time I’m actually saying no to sweet things.

so how about you?

  1. I’m starting my diet on April 1st, but every since I stop drinking I can’t get enough chocolate or sweets. Cakes, honey buns, sherbet ice cream I mean the works! At dinner in front of my friends, I woof down 2😫wine infused chocolate cupcakes! Just so sad, I’ve gain 20 lbs. Hopefully, this diet will help me! I’d luck😊👍🏾

  2. I grew up with a sweet tooth since everyone in my family but me was a heavy drinker and there was something about metabolising sugar and alcoohlc similarly, they used to say. Then eventually I got over it, but this last month or so I eat a ton of good chocolae that has a lot of sugar in it–well, a lot as far as what I am used to. I dunno why, and I can feel myself getting fatter, but there you have it for right now–very sweet toothed!

  3. I bought some girl scout cookies and like you, I am bad when it comes to sweets. I am glad you are staying away. I’m sure it isn’t easy. I don’t have them all the time but when I do it is like half a package lol. I am bad. But the meds make me crave sweets. Can’t help it.
