well I decided to make myself a latte, to comfort myself since I cant get rid ofthis awful anxiety.
i’ve already eaten badly today, so i’m sure one latte wont make a huge difference in the grand scheme of things.
Plus, it will make me feel good. Call it self care.
So now I am sitting here enjoying it. I wanted a hot chocolate but I dont have any in the house right now, so a latte will have to suffice.
Hoping I start to perk up soon. I plan on staying up since there really is no point in trying to sleep. I’m not able to breathe too good so I know I wouldnt be able to sleep if I tried.

  1. Have you ever tried concentrating your breathing when anxious? Not really taking deep breaths or anything but just noticing the rhythm? I find that helps to calm me down. Doesn’t always work but thought I’d pass it on. Taking deep breaths and stuff makes me dizzy so I can’t do it
