Food diary/exercise log March 1st

breakfast
fruit salad and greek yogurt
mug of tea

lunch
bowl of vegetable soup
a pear

dinner
corned beef sandwich on wholewheat bread
mug of tea

snacks
crackers and cheese, an apple, 2 mandarins, grapes

drinks
water, tea, coffee

exercise today was 20 minutes on the treadmill, spread out so that I did 10 mins in the morning and 10 in the evening.

      1. That’s so great. I find that when I feel out of shape, I tend to dissocaite a lot more, since it conflicts with what I want to be or think I ‘should’ be or used to be, so the realities sort of crash.
