food diary/exercise log for wed feb 28th

breakfast
two slices of whole wheat toast
fruit and greek yogurt
mug of tea

lunch
bowl of vegetable soup
a peach

dinner
chicken wrap
two mandarins and two plumbs
mug of tea

snacks
a slimming world bar, some grapes, strawberries, and an apple

exercise today was 20 minutes walking on the treadmill.
