so i got so hungry. at midnight. so i decided to make something.
i made turkey bacon, turkey sausage, and toast.
it was my first time eating turkey sausage and bacon. they tasted so good. i enjoyed them.
now i’m stuffed, and very happy. the turkey bacon is free on my diet, not sure about the sausages, though.
as for a goals update? well…
i managed to nap for a few hours this afternoon. i ate healthily all through the day, despite having cravings for sweets and crisps. i exercised, I walked to the store with mom to buy myself some fruit. I spent time with my niece and nephew also.
tomorrows goals are just a few.
