monday mayhem

this has been a long ass day. and a little bit all over the place too.
i woke at 6, mom had my sis’s kids last night and tonight too, because my sis is in lansarate, donno if thats how to spell it, but anyway, she’s on holiday for a few days.
so the kids were up hyper of course. and so i got up too.
surprisingly i didnt sleep well, again. dont think i’m meant to sleep at the right time.
i ate breakfast and then decided to get another hour of sleep in before i had to head to therapy. of course then i managed to fall asleep easily. good thing my dad came in and woke me, otherwise i might have missed therapy!
therapy was hard. draining, but rewarding too. we discussed a lot. i was glad to see eileen.
after therapy i headed to abode, to the ILS course. the rest of the group were shopping, they go shopping on monday morning for the ingredients for cookery classes, and for lunch stuff for the week.
they got back around 12:30 and we all ate lunch. i was debating whether i should go walking or not. i didnt feel motivated. but in the end i went anyway. one of the staff here noelle goes with me.
after my trip to the bus stop i went to my afternoon class. we watched a documentary about interviewing for jobs. it was interesting. having been on an interview panel in the past, i know a lot about interviewing and what potential employers look for. still the documentary gave me a few hints and tricks if I am ever in an interview for a job.
after class i went upstairs and chilled out for a while. i read a book, did email, and watched some netflicks.
dinner was at 5:15. then after dinner i called a friend, and we talked for an hour. i was laying on my bed then after talking to my friend wondering what to do next, and before i knew it i fell asleep, dozed on and off for about an hour. now i’m wide awake. i’ve had a shower at almost midnight.
its been a long day. what did you do today?

  1. Sounds like a nice day. 🙂 I’m glad your session with Eileen went well and you didn’t avoid to talk to her about all that hard stuff. My day was pretty busy, I had a doctor appointment in the mornign and then some school work to do, now it’s after 1 AM here and I am not sleeping either, but I think I’ll soon be off to sleep and see if I’ll have luck tonight. Hope you’ll get some sleep too. 🙂
