eat 3 healthy meals

go to therapy

exercise for at least 15 minutes

finish doing up my work experience diary

do one self care activity today

  1. Mondays Goals: Get this weeks blog postings in order ahead of time so Hubby won’t feel neglected when he comes home from work…also get the 3 kids off to school and back home again.
    Laundry….ughh..I hate it!
    Straighten up bedroom…another thing that is so repetitive….
    and probably make homemade Enchiladas for dinner… my husbands favorite but not mine.
    Keep the kids from tearing the house down and finally relax in my bed… and maybe, just maybe sleep!
