i took a 90 minute nap this afternoon. now i am feeling much better. i was so drained earlier after seeing dr. barry. talking about the report and a few other things like attachment stuff, meds, sleep, etc really took it out of me. our tutor gave us an hour off this afternoon, because the training room was needed, there was a meeting on in it. so i came upstairs and went to bed. and well i just woke up a couple mins ago and am feeling so much better now.
Naps are gooood!
