      1. I feel like that happened to me living in a really bad place for four-five years and just moving to this good place last summer. It is still very painful to actually think things are a little better, or could be–gives me a ton of ptsd. People and bodies can be so odd but I think they/we are just trying to make it all work out. We all need compassion because it is so hard.
