Mental health stuff isn’t the only thing I blog about, but I think I’ll write about it quite often. I say I think because my blog is still very new so I didn’t fully get into the routine yet.

  5. I’ve just started a blog on mental health in teenagers. I myself am a teenager, and I know many teens with mental health issues, including myself. I’ve just posted for the first time and am hoping I can impact the people who relate to me and my friends, and give society a close up view of how mental health really can affect teenagers.

  9. Hi, I’m fairly new to WordPress and blogging. I have Cyclothalmia on the bipolar spectrum and, as an ex IT/Communications man, help local groups to utilise the Internet. My blog, as well as great personal fun, is really trying to explore and encourage blogging as a therapy. I’m trying to find out if there is a current focal point, hub or effort on the blogosphere in this area; be great to discuss with anyone or be included in any such effort. Best Stephen

  11. Hi Manyofus1980, my blog is called climbing2contentment.com here I blog about my personal struggles with depression and anxiety. i really want to help squash the stigma of mental health issues and to make people who do not have issues gain a better understanding of what life is like for us. I think that it is important to share our struggles. So often we feel like we are the only people going through the dark times, when we hear of others experiencing difficulty then we feel less isolated and ‘strange’ and can support each other. Great work you are doing. Thanks xxxx
