Crisp Hash For Two
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup diced cooked beef chuck
1 cup diced cooked potato
1 medium onion, diced
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
In a heavy skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Flatten mixture with a metal spatula. Cover; cook until crisp on the bottom. Turn and brown the other side.
Makes 2 servings.
