Dr. Barry hospitalised us

ok. This is S. so an update. some of our friends know this already, but some of you dont. today, dr. barry hospitalised us. just for a few days. she said we maybe could go home on saturday. its a short admission, a crisis admission. the reason she did this? Because Carol anne has gone down again. And we couldnt get her back up. i have taken her place for now. i am 23. i’ll be cross posting this to both our blog and the email groups, and i know some of you on the email groups know my full name but i dont feel comfortable putting it on the blog yet. anyway. we talked to her about the emotional flashbacks, the lack of sleep, the overwhelm, and also Carol anne was gone down and nobody could reach her. dr. barry felt it would be best if she hospitalised us so that we could work on trying to get carol anne back. so far it hasnt worked. we got to the hospital around 2 pm. we checked in and then we immediately fell asleep. we’ve slept for around 6 hours. the admitting doctor came in to do our physical and talk to us about our meds. he had to wake us to do that. i hope that the sleep we got is healing. carol anne is still not up, but we’re hoping that maybe tomorrow she’ll come back. if she doesnt come back by the time we go home then we’re hoping that on monday when we see eileen she’ll come back. dr. barry doesnt want us to miss seeing eileen. so i think she’ll definitely leave us go home on saturday. so that is the update. hopsital for now and for the next 3 days at least

  1. I’m sorry to hear that things have got so out of control and that you’re feeling so terrible. I hope that getting some sleep and spending time somewhere safe and contained for a few days helps. ❀

  2. Hi, S. I’m glad you’re taking over for Carol Anne. It sounds like you’re practically her twin. Hospitalization sounds like a good thing at this point. I hope you can get Carol Anne up and going in the next few days. when she goes down like this, does that mean no one can communicate with her at all?

  3. Oh, my dear S, thank you for caring for Carol Anne, for all your selves! I am glad you could share what’s going on with Dr. Barry, and I’m glad she took you seriously.

Much love to all parts of you, and special love and encouragement to Carol Anne.
