i didnt sleep tonight. its now almost 5:30 am. I am wide awake. sniffling, coughing, running to the bathroom every half hour to blow my nose, yep, TMI yet guys?
i’m not even tired. maybe its cuz i got so much sleep on monday and tuesday. i did stay in bed half the day on tuesday.
have an apt with dr. barry this morning. wondering how that will go. i also see sarah the cpn for a final apt. and i have to get my trevicta injection.
so yep its all go today no rest just get on with it sick or not.
think i’ll get up now and make a cup of tea. cuz why? cuz tea makes everything better.

I’m not sure, it didn’t tell me there was parenthesis there so I’m not sure if it showed up or not, I didn’t sleep much either, it’s almost 7 AM here now and I’m awake for the day

It’s a big pity that you didn’t sleep if you’re ill. But well, maybe indeed you didn’t need it so much after so much sleep before. I hope the tea helped and that you’ll soon get better and had a nice appts.

I’m sorry you’ve been sick. It sounds miserable! I hate unnoticed noses and will have a pile of tissue in my bed!

My therapist told me once that it is one of the most triggering sensations so I am SO sorry you are feeling it. I hope it passes soon. Do they sell afrin nose spray there?

Not that I know of but they do sell nasal spray I just don’t have any
