ILS talk

so another week of ILS almost over. for those who dont know ILS stands for independent living skills, and that is the course I am taking at the moment.
it has been a really good and productive week. the only thing is me and nitro have not gotten a chance to practice our bus route since tuesday, and I am not too happy about that, but the last couple of days staff have been manic and crazy and unable to walk with me to the bus stop.
oh well there is always next week, right?
tomorrow we were meant to go to the gym. but now we arent. we wont be going next week either. we are down staff this week and the one staff member whose here with us tomorrow cant manage five of us on her own because someone is needed to work with me and there are two other people in wheelchairs and they need help also.
i’m disappointed we dont get to go to the gym. I enjoy going. It boosts my mood and makes me feel good.
we’ll be doing art in the morning. I’m knitting a scarf. Its coming along nicely. I’m using chunky yarn to knit it.
we did our weekly reviews today. i got good feedback. i was so thrilled. i seem to be doing well on the course, which is always nice to hear.
