Acts of self care

I’ve been having a really relaxed friday. I have done a ton of self care things today. Heres what I’ve done so far to take care of myself.

ate a healthy and nourishing breakfast

relaxed in a hot bubble bath

had cuddle time with nitro

read my bood for an hour

things I intend to do for the rest of today

eat a healthy dinner

Watch a tv show or movie of my choice

Call a friend

Color my hair

I think I’ve done pretty well. Happy Friday everyone. What have you done today to be kind to yourself?

  1. Awww that’s a lot! Sounds like a very nice day. 🙂 As for me, it wasn’t so much today, hope it will be better tomorrow, but things about which I can think right now that I did for myself are that even though I didn’t sleep at night I got an apropriate amount of sleep during the day so I’m not weary or sleepy and that I ate a cheescake with raspberries and drank raspberry tea in the afternoon when I did everything that I should do for today to relax a bit and have a treat. It was very yummy. Maybe I’ll also be able to do some more self care things today.
